Job Description
We are looking for a design architect who has competence for design Initiate and create architectural designs from concept through to construction.
Responsibilities and duties
- Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
- Take the “brief” to identify clients’ needs and prepare design proposals
- Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections
- Reviewing all design and plan .
- Prepare all architect BOQ and reviewing contractors BOQ.
Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency through all phases of project development
- Proficiency with Revit or same software, 3D Rendering, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
- Competent knowledge of building codes
- Competent knowledge of specifications
- Highly organized with the ability to manage time and deadlines in a fast paced work environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently within a collaborative team.
- Proactive and detail oriented
- Analytical thinker and problem solver
- Desire to grow, mentor, and inspire a team

- Proven working experience in construction or similar role

- BS degree in Architectural Engineering.
